I'm terrible at this when it comes to eat long periods of time; and that's because my brain kicks in around the 20minute mark... "Girl yah full" so It's really hard for me to continue...SOOOO GENERALLY. I like to finish my challenges ASAP. But sometimes it gets difficult to shove the food in your mouth at once; too dry; too hot; etc. So I do have a few tips that might help ya out.
BUT REMEMBER! EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT. We are all born and raised different ways; I handle temperature (hot) a lot better than the eaters I eat with; and other people have their own niches so what works for me might not work for you; but doing this is about learning what works best for YOU and doing the best you can <3 I can only give advice; YOU do YOU <3
The most general advice is to save the carbs for last but that doesn't always apply; just keep that in mind whenever you're at a loss...ANYWAY... Let me separate my advice into these categories.
